The Sampoorna Yoga Studio is located in the heart of Brussels (at Hopstraat 40 Rue du Houblon, 1000 Brussels) – near the buzz of Rue Antoine Dansaert, yet far from the noise of the city. A haven of peace where one can practice authentic yoga.
We mainly offer Sampoorna Yoga – a vigorous, energizing, relaxing style of hatha yoga in the Sivananda tradition. A complete workout for your body, while calming your mind and nourishing your spirit.
Daily yoga classes, yoga for children, meditation, prenatal yoga, yin yoga, health treatments (like massage, energy healing etc), plus a wide variety of workshops and events are scheduled to help you maintain your health and well-being.
Our small groups allow personal attention for every student. Most of our class are 90 minutes to allow a deeper practice with a more profound effect on the body and mind.

What is sampoorna yoga ?
Sampoorna Yoga – the “Yoga Of Fullness” – is a traditional style of yoga in the Sivananda lineage. It can be practiced by anyone regardless of age, health and level of fitness.
Each session consists of fundamental and energizing breathing exercises, warming up and strengthening exercises, followed by an intelligent sequence of yoga postures and finally, a deep relaxation.
Sampoorna Yoga has been developed by Shri Yogi Hari. The basic message is that health, peace and joy are already within you. And Yoga can help you to uncover them.
